 California Old and dry farmed Carignane, Mourvedre, Syrah & Cinsault Grapes, exclusively grown and picked to make rosé wine. The resulting wine exhibits ultra bright fruit flavors, a low alcohol of 12.7% and the high level of acidity indispensable in food and wine pairing. The grapes were macerated momentarily, whole-cluster pressed and fermented at 55° for nineteen days. |
