Our signature White Meritage is a crisp blend of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Semillon, partially fermented and aged in French Oak barrels that were custom designed for Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The balance of the juice was fermented and aged in stainless steel. Bright with aromas of melon, flavors of baking spices that lead into layers of citrus, reminiscent of Indian River grapefruit.
