Produced with a higher percentage of Merlot than other Cosentino Meritages, we have taken a Bordeaux-style blending approach to the Legends Meritage. This wine is bright, tight, and focused. With proper cellaring it will gain richness and complexity for several more years. Upon opening one will note the spice, black rose and mineral elements first. As it remains open for 30-60 minutes it will become more defined with white pepper, allspice, pomegranate, red currant, and cherry.
