Crystal Valley Cellars
Crystal Valley Cellars was originally founded in 1980 by Mitch Cosentino, and later evolved into Cosentino Winery in the Napa Valley.
In April 2001, Crystal Valley Cellars was re-established as a winery dedicated to the production of fine wines from grapes grown outside the Napa Valley.
At Crystal Valley Cellars, like his other two wineries, Mitch Cosentino takes a "micro" approach to wine making. The winery focuses on small, distinctive vineyard lots, allowing the fruit sources and varietal characteristics to determine the blends.
